PB & BLUE OVERNIGHT OATS
OVERNIGHT OATS
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 tsp Being Co. blue spirulina
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Half banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
THE TOPPINGS
- 2 tbsp vanilla bean coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- Hemp seeds
Simply mix everything in a jar and keep in the fridge overnight and top up with your favourite toppings and serve up in a coconut bowl! Perfect!
