VEGAN GOLDEN SORBET

INGREDIENTS

  • 80 g raw sugar
  • 1 lime, zest only
  • 500 - 600 g frozen mango pieces
  • 50 - 100 g coconut water
    (or coconut/almond milk if you want a creamier version)
  • ½ tsp Being Co. Golden Glow Powder
  • 40 g coconut flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place sugar and zest into a high speed food processor/blender and blend until fine.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and whizz till combined and smooth.
  3. Transfer into a freezable container and place in freezer till ready to serve.
