Sammy loves wholesome vegan recipes that look insane + are good for you too! Just like this super yummy healthy chocolate matcha fudge using our Being Co. Certified Organic Matcha powder from Japan!
MATCHA LAYER
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut cream
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 3 tsp @being_co matcha powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
- Vanilla essence
CHOCOLATE LAYER
- 2 TBS cocao powder
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 2 TBS peanut butter
- 2 TBS maple syrup
- 1 scoop protein powder
MATCHA PB TOP
Simply include 1 tsp of matcha with 3TBS peanut butter,
2 TBS water, 1 tsp maple syrup. The mixture should be quite thin.
METHOD
Line a square slice tin with baking paper and set aside. Add all the matcha
tahini fudge ingredients into a high food processor and process until smooth.
You can add more maple syrup if you would like it sweeter. Pour into the slice
tin and smooth over. Put in the freezer to set for a few hours.
Once the matcha layer is set, add all your ingredients for the chocolate fudge

into a food processor and process until the chocolate layer is smooth. Now
add on top of the matcha layer, smooth over again.
Next add your Matcha PB swirl;

Using a teaspoon, drop a few spoonfuls across the chocolate layer
and swirl using a sharp knife. Set in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
